Monthly Rent: 1.2million
Deposit: 5 million
Available: April 1st
Ive been living in this villa for almost two years. I looked long and hard at many apartments and villas in this area before finding this one. Most places I saw in the same price range were much older and poorly designed. Moving because I got a new job outside of Seoul.
Location: Its about 10 minute walk from Noksapyeong station, about 20 minutes walk from Itaewon station. The Hyatt hotel is 5 minutes by foot. The villa is in a quiet area, not much foot traffic. Walking distance to many foreign restaurants. Close to various embassies, including the Philippines Embassy and Norwegian embassy. Various bus stops are within close walking distance.
Building: The building is fairly new, and in excellent condition. It is 5 stories tall, with two units on each floor. There is a roof which is excellent for BBQs or parties, and has a great view of the area, especially Namsan tower. The building is about 50% foreigners, and 50% Koreans. Two covered parking spaces are available free of charge.
Security: I chose this apartment because it is secure. Each door and window has double sliding panes, each with their own locks. The front door is made of steel, and has a metal lip covering the joint between door and wall, making it impossible for burglars to pry the door open. Ive changed all the locks, because the real estate agent used to have keys for the apartment. New lock has magnetic key entry, as well as a sliding keypad. I can show you how to reset the keys and change the entry code to your own. Door has a camera door bell, with video monitor inside the apartment.
Inside: Two bed rooms, two bathrooms. Western bath tub! Dark wood floors. Kitchen has a three burner gas powered stove, and a western style gas oven big enough to cook pizza. Electric dish dryer. Washing machine on balcony. Second balcony, good for drying clothes, has a gas hookup if you want to install a BBQ there. Built in floor heating through out the villa.
Includes: Two aircon units, one in bed room, one in living room. One closet unit. One small dining room table with four chairs (not the one in the pics). Washing machine. HUGE western style refrigerator with freezer, brand new. All other furniture in the pictures is not included, and not for sale. The landlord DOES have some extra pieces of furniture such as sofa, living room chairs, and other essentials that they will put back into the apartment after I move out.
