I just bought a used Korean Motorizr. In order to use the phone's English-Korean/Korean-English dictionaries it's telling me I have to download a database from www.mymotorola.co.kr. The website's in Korean and I don't have the physical manual. Anyone ever done this?

You can download the English manual here...(make sure you have the right model number)

http://www.mymotorola.co.kr/eng/EngDefault.aspx

Dictionary is here...(looks like the first is for titan, second is for prism, and i guess the third is for all others that have a dictionary app)

http://www.mymotorola.co.kr/product/PrdDownDictionary.aspx

The instructions are there(in Korean, of course!). You'll have to download and install the pc-sync software first if you haven't already done that. Then it looks like you just have to copy the files(3, i think) into the appropriate folder on the phone.

What a debacle. Take it back to the store and make them do it.

Denver Death pretty much said all I was gonna say, but I started typing the post, so I'll finish it!
If you go here:

http://www.mymotorola.co.kr/product/PrdDownDictionary.aspx

you should be able to download the files from there.

it doesn't mention the Motorizr specifically but if that is similar to the Titan or the Krazr then it should work anyways.

when you get to the page, there is a blue quarter circle towards the right, with three blue boxes beside it. The first one is for Titan, the second for Krazr and the third ids for all others, so I guess try that one first?

According to the steps on the site, you download the files to your computer (should be 3 files). then connect the phone to the computer. You may have to set your phone to "connect as an external drive", - if you can transfer music and photos, it's probably the same process.
Transfer the files over to the DIC folder on the phone. After disconnecting if you go to menu 5 and choose option 9, you should be able to use the dictionary.

good luck
