Aside from going to the Embassy, is there a place to get paperwork notarized. Are there any American notaries living here who are legally allowed to do this, or do you know if any Korean Law offices can do notarizations? This is for paperwork that needs to go back to the US for personal use, not for Korea or job. Any help would be appreciated.
