The Biggest Sale Ever � for a Good Cause

It's been 8 years, 2 kids, and 4 moves, and somehow we ended up with a 50-pyeong apartment full of stuff. A lot of it is very good stuff, because when we bought it we thought we'd be here forever. However, circumstances change, and it's time to downsize, because we can't take it all with us when we return to Canada next month.

For a good cause
100% of the proceeds from this sale will be donated to World Vision Canada for educational projects in developing countries, buying books, desks and educational materials to give children a fair chance at an education, a cause my wife and I feel very strongly about.

Offers
I am willing to take offers on some of the items; however, I will not consider or respond to offers until after February 20th. If you want the item right away, then go with the asking price. Bids above the asking price will, of course, be responded to right away . Every single won we raise is going to support kids in need, so I'd rather not get into the nickel-and-diming that has been known to happen here; however, if you really feel that a price is unjust or more than you can afford, feel free to let me know by private message. What doesn't sell here will either be sold on auction, stored at my in-laws, or shipped to Canada.



Shipping: $4 for delivery anywhere in Korea. I will pay the shipping for any purchases over 60,000 won, except where noted. I can personally deliver / arrange for pickup or inspection of items within Sokcho City.

Items are located in Sokcho, Gangwon-do (East coast).

If you are unsatisfied with any item, I will give a refund (less shipping costs) provided it is returned in the same condition within 4 days of delivery. (no returns after March 1st)

This is NOT a giclee or copy. It is an original painting with a certificate of authenticity and appraisal of $3200 at the time we bought it.

We bought this painting by Leonid Afremov, a listed artist from Russia. If you look at his website, you can see that there is a high demand for his work, and in recent years prices have been rising, up to $5000 for paintings of this size.

I am afraid it might be damaged if I try to take it back with us, although I will have it professionally packed and shipped if I can't find a buyer here.

This mixer is a classic monster, a must for the serious baker. It handles large batches of bread or cookie dough without complaint, and whips beautiful meringues and angel food cakes.
Your standard KitchenAid mixer It is pretty loud, but that's normal for a motor of this size.

The machine itself is in perfect condition�it has never been overworked. The only part showing any real wear is the dough hook, which has a slight bit of wear on the teflon coating that occurred before I got it adjusted properly
