Hey all,
One of the new English teachers came into my class this morning and started telling me about the training course I'm doing. When I told her I had no idea what she was talking about she was confused and surprised that I hadn't already done training in the past 6 months.
Anyways, the training is 10 days/15 hours (1.5 hours per day) and there's a tuition fee of 80,000 which the school board covers upon my "successful completion" of the program. My question is, am I going to be compensated for this? An extra 1.5 hours per day for 10 days (including the weekend) would mean overtime wouldn't it? Or are they "suggesting" that I take the course?
The website is http://ettc.ecampus-global.com and the class is "Teaching English in Korea". If anyone knows anything about this, please let me know.
Thanks in advance. |

Don't know anything about it but ah! The ways people try to make a buck!
You even get an instructor from "The University of Phoenix". Must be good...... I tell you , I've seen it all.
Good luck. Just plug in anything and have fun.
