Are Wii component cables universal? I bought some at Yongsan and when I tried to plug them into my Japanese Wii, I basically had to force them in. I didn't test them because I was afraid I might have broken some contacts and immediately took them out--it was pretty tough to do that, too. The cable's base looks similar enough in shape to my original Nintendo AV cable's, but the pin patterns look different.
In any case, I won't be using them. If anyone wants them, I'll trade you for a tall frap at Starbucks. |
