Just got this handy little app for my ipod touch, will work fine with your iphone.

first thing is get a Korean friend to make an account at clubbox.co.kr
its one of those korean hard drive sites
I just had a friend do it, I did it a long time ago. I don't recall if it allows foreign sign-up or not.

now in the app store download this program:
세컨드라이브 - 2ndrive for iphone

its free
When you go to download something from clubbox (tv show/whatever) it will give you the option to install and setup what they call "2nd drive" its basically an online virtual drive. 1 TB of free storage, which can also now be accessed from your ipod/iphone

It sets it up by default as "s:" just copy and paste files as normal (you don't even have to go to the website anymore)

I just copied over an episode of law and order
went to the drive in the app, it was listed. I hit it and it hit the "convert" button. Big button in the middle a few minutes later it was ready to play. There seems to be a limit of 10 file conversions a day, but for most people that's probably sufficient. You can also load pictures and word documents. It will convert MS office files for viewing in the app. I've tried .doc and excel files. Both converted and viewable.

This promises to be an extremely handy app, all free.

[edit]
just tried pdf files those also load up just fine.

couple shots of a PDF, spreadsheet and the file interface:
