My girlfriend takes advanced beginner/intermediate ballet, modern and contemporary dance classes there regularly. She hasn't taken any hip hop classes.

As far as understanding,
do you mean because of language barrier? I personally don't have any problem with taking classes in another language. I've taken various dance (and even yoga) classes in Korean, and it's fine because you just watch what they do. My g.f. doesn't speak Korean either.

Additionally, I find that most people here can speak at least *a little* English if you need help, or someone in the class will be able to speak more fluent English. You will actually start to pick up some Korean - I think I've learned the most Korean from talking with instructors who can't speak English. Smile

If you haven't danced before, I recommend that you try the beginner classes there. I hear the (advanced beginner) classes at PAS are pretty difficult and intensive.

Good luck!
I hope you find the studio/classes you're lookin for!
Dance is so healthy and incredibly fun!

xx
