Korean, Japanese, they all eat up the "girl in a white dress" ghost thing. The movie "Shiri" had the same thing and was a huge hit in Korea. I'd also vote that it's Korea, the tacky and tasteless entrance way is a huge giveaway.
Actually, I'd like to hang out with this girl. It's such a un-Korean thing to play pranks and jokes on people with the intent of scaring them. Good on her. |
