Ok so I bought a 16 Gb usb drive maybe a year ago. Heres the thing from putting it into computers so often the usb drive wore down or maybe the metal contacts arnt clean or something. I'm not sure. It will work in some computers if it's in just right. It's fairly frustrating because electronically its working fine, its more the mechanics of it. Anyone ever have this problem and fix it?

Any help would be most appreciated thanks.

Prob with USB drivers are they're disposible. They degrade after long period of use. Sounds like you need to replace it. Not much going around that.
