Nice to see you again Very Happy Thanks for following my bread crumbs over here, hehe.

So, I will be shipping off in less than 2 days, and meatballs on my mind! I see all these soon to be arrivers wiggin out, and thought I would lighten the mood with a food thread!! Please enlighten me with your South Korean cooking techniques, favorite foods and dishes, restaurant etiquette, things like this. I know other posts are written on this subject, but I just feel like having fun today. One of those moods Shocked

My favorite food is the afghan meatball, what a wonderful creation. Is it hard to find quality ground beef over there? I'll be bringing my afghan spices with me, so no worries there. Basically, with the afghan meatball, you slow cook it in a light olive oil in a frying pan, low flame. In terms of prep, you fill it up with exotic afghan spices, small chunks of white bread, oregano, and parsley. Cook until slightly tender in the middle, as in a light brown. If its still pinkish/reddish, keep on cookin sister!

Im always happy to share my big league professional cooking experience with people Laughing . Ok so I pretend, but I watch the food network avidly and love learning new things. I always say, my breadcrumbs are your breadcrumbs, but most peeps dont think that way. Different strokes for different folks I spose.

Well, thats about it. Owen the actual bulldog is at my feet, and he seems to know I'm not taking him with me. Sometimes the Universe just knows things, or something. He's a mystical bulldog, very intuitive, and a fellow meatball lover hehe. I will have email where im going, so I can skype with him whenever he wants ha! Me and owen talk a lot, so I sure will miss him. He always tells me, think things over. If you have something to say, meditate on it. Think about what you want. The issue is when you want two things in two different directions. Its called desiring against yourself, and only you can know what you want. Sometimes, absolutely nothing needs to be said, quite literally. Some things change, and some things dont, like an afghan meatball! Sorry to go all zen on you guys, Im just so excited.

All my love folks,
Owen the bulldog
