hi all.
i'd like to get a few ingredients...

1. Powdered ginger.

2. Cream of tartar.

3. Active dry yeast.

4. Tartaric acid.

Ginger and yeast can be found at just about any supermarket in Korea. If you can't find them you're either not looking, or don't know what you're looking for. The other 2 are a bit more difficult.

active dry yeast can be found at foreign market at itaewon. I think it went for 3k won for a small bag. Which should last you forever with the amount people usually use while cooking

You can find yeast at Emart.

Follow this link and the second picture will show you what to look for. You could print it out and show it when you go shopping.

Yes, this can be purchased at any Emart or Homeplus, etc in Korea.
It will usually even say POWDERED GINGER in English. Very Happy
