If I am on a teaching visa in Korea, and I earn income online, do I break any Korean law?
Also, how do I report and pay taxes on online income?
Thanks |

By earning income online, I mean, I get paid by US company for affiliate marketing, but I work from home in Korea |

If you work for a PS, then it is illegal.
If the salary is paid "IN KOREA" then it is illegal.
If you work at a uni or hakwon AND it is paid to your US bank account then it is LEGAL. Pay your taxes in your home country, NOT Korea. |

You might want to check with the company you work for because they may not want you to work for them from outside of the US. |
