If I am on a teaching visa in Korea, and I earn income online, do I break any Korean law?
Also, how do I report and pay taxes on online income?
Thanks

By earning income online, I mean, I get paid by US company for affiliate marketing, but I work from home in Korea

If you work for a PS, then it is illegal.
If the salary is paid "IN KOREA" then it is illegal.

If you work at a uni or hakwon AND it is paid to your US bank account then it is LEGAL. Pay your taxes in your home country, NOT Korea.

You might want to check with the company you work for because they may not want you to work for them from outside of the US.
