I have to break my lease and need someone to move in my place. It is near the Inchon Landing Memorial and Songdo resort.
Two story townhouse style in quiet area.
3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, Computer room/closet, Good size kitchen with plenty of cabinets, pergo floors downstairs, Linol upstairs
plenty of parking & flower beds with all the flowers I've planted. Lot's of room for a BBQ grill. Nice cool ocean breezes every day during the summer.
Views of the mountain and the ocean. Heung Ryun temple is within walking distance and you can hear the gong every evening at 5pm.
Currently my rent is 20 million dep/500,000 per month.
