| Did this guy only post the video of him holding a sign? If so, that would make him an intolerant [Mod Edit] , but a terrorist? If you watch the video, it's pretty clear that he's not calling for anyone (other than God) to kill Elton John. |

Fortunately, being a "nuisance" on a public sidewalk by a busy street in the middle of the day is protected by the First Amendment. |

No such right exists. I can't call the cops on MC Hammer because he wears metallic-colored parachute pants that bother me to no end, and he can't call the cops on me because my skin is pale enough to reflect the sun and cause him to squint. If someone is merely bothering you in a public area, your only recourse is to simply ignore him or leave. |
