My wife and I are in the process of moving back to Seoul for round 3. Exciting times!
Less exciting is the fact that said wife totaled my car last weekend. The timing isn't so bad, I guess; we won't be needing it. But the cop wrote her up for a stop sign violation; she caused the accident (no injuries, just damages).
This isn't going to pop up on a state criminal record check, is it? I know K-Immi can be a little picky about these checks, and I know that car accidents carry more weight in Seoul than they do in the States. It would be most unfortunate if this already irksome event impacted our ability to move abroad again... |

| It wasn't criminal so it should not show up on a criminal check. |

| For a CBC, they run your prints. I don't think the cops would take your wife's prints for a traffic violation. I would say she is in the clear. |

 don't worry. Korean cops sure don't seem to enforce that law!
