Is there an alternative to WinRar & 7-zip that enables you to input and save a set of passwords so you don't have to enter them manually every time?

I am a member of a site which uses the same 3 or so passwords for every file and was wondering if there was a program that can save a set of passwords and extract protected files with one of the saved passwords.

Take a look at Password Safe and similar programs. (http://pwsafe.org/).

Thanks, but I was looking for an archive extractor of some sort rather than a place to store my passwords. If pwsafe could upack RAR files then I'd be all over it. Thanks anyway.

The most annoying part of WinRar is that you can't even paste passwords into the password field.

Does't life sometimes just feel like a long process of ironing out minor annoyances? Laughing
