So I've been trying to contact SK Broadband, and I eventually found the instructions for foreigners:
http://www.skbroadband.com/eng/company/foreigners.asp

The problem is, when I do this, it doesn't actually connect me to anyone. And I don't speak Korean so I cant tell what the automated menu is saying. Any tips for actually getting ahold of a real person who speaks English?
