Recycling ink cartridges in Korea--where do I go?

I just changed out some cartridges out of my old wobbly HP printer.

Supposedly there is a shop in Korea I can drop off the old cartridges for recycling or refilling.

Is there actually such a place? What sign I should look for, if there's a national chain (i.e Hi-mart) that does it?
