|
|
| I had an interview with a major university in Seoul last winter, even though I was in the middle of a contract. I was later told my resume was to be kept on file, and they seemed interested enough. Crossing my fingers and hoping they'll remember me come the spring (almost NOW). Has anyone here had a similar experience; being interviewed and then being called out of the blue and hired half a year later by a uni? |

Well I think that means the same thing in every language.
We dont need you.
Dont take it the wrong way, maybe you were great and exactly what they were looking for, but think about it. Few companies hire a year in advance, fewer 6 months, and the EFL is a fill the chair business.
Good luck to you, but I think that unless the person they hired pulls a runner its time to keep looking.
Just my little opinion, nothing personal. |
