every headhunter wants me to send them two sealed transcripts. i taught in masan a couple of years back. the transcripts are already in the system (i saw them at masan immigration office when a cool office worker showed me my digital file).
is there anyway that the headhunters can access the already officially accepted and internalized transcript instead of going thru the ol' university's inept window jockeys? |

New visa = ALL NEW documents. Mine have been in the system for a decade and I STILL had to give ALL NEW ones to immigration.
It is an immigration thing, not a recruiter thing. |

Another helpful post from ttompatz.
Look. The next time you go for transcripts, get a handful. I have ten on me right now. |

A recruiter shouldn't need sealed copies of your transcripts until you have accepted a position and need to submit them for visa processing. At that point you would probably send them to the school anyway. Maybe they are trying to make sure that you have all your documents before placing you in a position. I think I have sent a scanned copy of my transcripts and other documents to a recruiter before but I won't submit official documents until I have accepted a position and they are needed by immigration. |
