How common is this in Korea? I've seen them from time to time in Korea
Anyone know of apartments with a parking garage that is included in the rent or generally is there a fee on top of your rent? I'm sure all places are different but if anyone has information on this it would be appreciated. |

I live in an apt with free parking. Its newer and on the outskirts of Seoul. The older places (15-20yrs) don't have enough parking. |

Thanks for the info. I suspected there were apartments with free parking out there. I'm moving out of my current apartment, which has no parking at all, to another one with a deck in the basement. I'm not sure if it's owned by the apartment, so I'm worried if I have to pay, it will be an arm and a leg for my future motorcycle.
Someone tell me I'm wrong? lol |

| I park both my motorcycle and my car for free. I'm not aware of anyone living in an apt who has to pay for parking. |
