Too bad those links don't work, I was really expecting something mindblowing here. |

Just click the link. Get the little no picture monkey. And reload/hit enter again for the pictures to load up.
I think it's fake. But I'm at a PC Bang under black lights so everything lights up anyway. |

That is pretty cool. And if it's true, that is pure genius! Not only would glow in the dark money make counterfeiting more difficult, but what a time saver when looking for a certain bill in low light!
Another interesting thing about Korean money is that the different denominations of bills are different lengths. I noticed that pretty quickly after arriving, and when I mentioned it to my Korean friend she was totally shocked. She had never noticed that before! |

He's right. After you click on the link and get the error message (I think it's a lemur, actually), just click in the address bar and hit enter.
For my browser just hitting reload didn't work. I had to hit enter from the address bar. |

That would really cool, but my Korean money is not glowing in the dark. Myth debunked. |

They don't glow in the dark, but the do glow under black light. I first noticed that ages ago at Rainbow Room in Gangnam. It is quite cool. |

american money has some sort of thing just like this. when i used to work retail, we would always put the bills under a black light to check for counterfeits. the new 100s look especially cool. |

flip through your passport under a black light. many of the visas you have have UV activated features. |
