Hello,
I'm a graduate student here in the state of Michigan. I'm interested in teaching English in Korea for the summer time.
How can i make this possible or is it best to wait untill I'm done with school?

If you are looking to bank some coin - find something at home.
-shorter hours, no worry about the stress of working for a K-employer and no dealing with visa issues.

If you are looking for the experience - summer camp.
Long hours, low pay but can be great fun.

You won't find anything for just a couple months other than a camp job.

Camps pay either:
up to 1 million per week - room and board included but no airfare and high taxes (27%)
As LOW as 1 million for 4 weeks ticket, room board and taxes paid.

You will work long hours as a camp teacher with full days and evenings.

Yes,
I'm in it for the experience over money. Of course I could use more money any day but given the situation, experience sounds great. I wanted to ask you, how do I find these summer camps? I've been to Korea a couple of times but just to visit some friends.
Thank you,
M

Unless you are here and/or have contacts - Watch for the posting in May and June on the ESL websites.

I found this website for a summer camp job and I was wondering if you had heard anything about them.
Thank you!
