Yep, sure is. That row of restaurants which Dos is in, along with the bunch of restaurants 50ish meters away across from the Honggik gate make that little area the best informal international eating area I've come across. (Edit: I was referring to the Hongdae one, didn't realize they were franchised)

Dos Tacos in Gangnam is indeed good.

Reviews are here along with other fine Mexican restaurants throughout Korea:

There's a Dos Tacos near Seoul Station? Do you happen to know where exactly?

I was just at the Seohyeon location Saturday Cool
Love a lime margarita, even if they aren't the best. Great burritos though.

Same building as Outback Steakhouse, just a couple blocks from the station. Walk in the direction of the river from the station, past Monkey Beach (Lose Control) and LA Bar (both on the left). Cross the small street, turn left at the larger street immediately after it. Next intersection it's across the street down to the left a bit and on the right.

It's not perfect, but come on, sometimes people just need a Mexican fix.
