I am wondering if you have to disclose the medication you are currently taking when you have your medical exam in Korea. I do not want to disclose my medication for anxiety that I take, as I heard it will be more difficult for me to get a job or Visa.
My doctor told me that the medication will not show up in the drug test. Has anyone had this problem before? If so how did you handle the situation.
I find it fustrating that even though I have a mild anxiety disorder easily controlled by medication it can effect me getting a job or visa. I don't like lying or hiding the truth, but from the posts I have read that is the way to go. |

It would surprise me if meds didn't show up in the drug test but I'm no physician. If you trust your Dr. don't bother declaring your meds. It will only cause unnecessary hassle. |

A guy I know was in the same situation as you. He was taking anti-anxiety medication, which he didn't declare. He took the medical test, and the meds didn't show up. |
