Seriously. After reading this board I'm scared. But I feel like I'm wearing a toque all the time. I need a haircut, but I'd rather not have to travel 90 minutes. I'm near Incheon City Hall/Incheon Arts Centre. Anywhere within a 45 minute subway ride?
