What is it, say for teaching English to middle school/high school/university students one on one?

Depending on their employment level and ability it would be between 60 and 100 pesos per hour.

A common variety worker gets about p20 per hour for comparison.

If you mean in Korea, then it is what the traffic will bear.
Typically they get between 5-10k won won per hour doing private tutoring (depending on travel time and cost).
