Hi,

I have an F2 Visa, have been here for over 3 years now and am just wondering if anyone can help with the rules for F2 holders applying for new jobs - not 2nd/3rd or tutoring jobs, I know the rules for those. Regular jobs with transcripts etc. F2 do not need to have a health check - is this correct? What about criminal check? I'm sure the transcripts and degree are still needed - any information would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Those docs are not needed for your Visa, but the job can still require anything they want from you. If the job wants health checks, etc., then you need to provide them.
