Ever heard of KAPS?
The Korean animal protection society?
In 1986 Sunnan Kum, President of Korean Animal Protection Society, started her rescue and protection work of abandoned dogs and cats for the first time in the Korean history, and soon established the Daegu Animal Shelter in Daegu City with her private savings.
Right now we are looking for some volunteers/adopter/fosters or anyone who fancies just walking a dog, playing with some cats at the weekends, or just want to give us some money. Helping a great cause without the hands on part.
We have dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. Everything from beautiful little yorkies to German shepherds.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
If you are at all interested in coming along, to adopt, foster or just play with the puppies then please contact us.
You can email me, Ally at [email protected]
or
go to the Kaps website: http://www.koreananimals.or.kr/english/
or
We are on FACEBOOK So just search Kaps.
OR
you can just pop by. Open 9-5, closed for lunch 1-2. The shelter is outside of exit 1, daemyeong station on the red line. When you come out, look up in front of you and you will see the KAPS sign. It's on the 3rd floor. When you enter, there will be a locked door, if it is closed, call the number and someone will come and let you in.
THANKS AND HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL SOON! |

I find it somewhat ironic that someone who's username is 'macattack' would be posting this!
And I don't get the 'velcro gloves' reference, Chambertin. Please englighten me. |

I'm somewhat interested but Daegu is really far away. I'm kind of in the market for a red poodle (not as a meaty snack). And keep your velcro gloves away from it. |

Yeah i really dont get it either. There are obviously velcro gloves you use to brush the pooches, instead of a hand held brush but that all seems to simple.....
Yeah the dog is lovely.
Would you like me to put you in contact with our adoption leader??? |

You know, velcro gloves so the animals can't get away while he *ahem* has his way with them?
For the record, I'd like to say that bestiality is wrong. |

I heard that the velcro sticks especially well to sheep. Kiwis help me out here. |
