I could forward a recipe for it via P.M. Let me know if you're interested in it.

If you're interested, it's pretty easy to make. This is from allrecipes.com:
Ingredients
* 3/4 cup white sugar
* 1/3 cup white vinegar
* 2/3 cup water
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon ketchup
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions
1. Place the sugar, vinegar, water, soy sauce, ketchup and cornstarch in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil. Stir continuously until the mixture has thickened. |

Add the juice of your pineapple too and probably add the vinegar to taste, once it's too sharp there's sod all you can do about it and when I make it I probably only use 1/2 a tbs |
