Bowl of rice, sea-weed soup, fried egg, kimchi, other spiced plants, fried spam, ... in my dreams.
Reality: bowl of rice in hot water.

Bacon, egg & cheese on croissants almost every day. I'll add waffles or pancakes to that on the weekends. If I'm too lazy to cook, then Post almond & cranberry cereal.

Busy days: cereal, smoothie, coffee.
When I get up earlier: eggs, toast, tomatoes, spinach, smoothie, coffee.

Workdays coffee and maybe some bread if I have time.

Weekends/holidays/vacation the works; bacon, eggs, toast, pancakes, sometimes even some ham. BTW I cook at home.

I have coffee, and maybe a snack from the snack bar at work by mid-morning.

Does anyone know if it's easy to get steel cut oats and avocado in Seoul? I'm moving there in the Fall and was just curious.

Avocado can be a little pricey, but I guess that's true of anywhere. I've also only seen it in Costcos. I guess you'd get around 5-6 for 11,000 won...

I soak muesli in yoghurt with a little milk overnight. Sometimes I cut up a mango and add it to the mix.
