I'm offering a beginner level workshop in Kizomba (dance) this coming Saturday. You can see what the dance looks like at www.kizombadancer.com and/or look it up on YouTube.
If you already do any salsa or bachata, it's pretty easy to learn. But it's a very pretty, rhythmic, sensual and steamy dance. Kinda like Bachata....only better.
The workshop will last about an hour and is free. I actually live down near Daegu but I'm coming to Seoul to show a friend of mine the basics of Kizomba. I just thought I'd open it up to anybody else who might be interested.
Kizomba isn't done in Korea yet but I'm confident it'll eventually get here.
You can get a 'head start' if you want with this workshop.
It's being done at Candela Dance Studio just 5 minutes for Exit 6 of Yangjae subway station in Seoul. Check out the studio website at www.salsaseoul.com for directions.
Kizomba is all the rage in the salsa clubs of Europe and the UK right now and it's just now starting to be taught at a lot of the major salsa and bachata events in the US. I predict it's going to be the next 'big thing' in the dance niche but.......you can judge that for yourself.
Call me if you have any questions about the details.
Best regards,
Art Williams
