Looking for an English or English-friendly yoga class in Seoul, around 20,000 won per class or less would be preferable.

There is one in Hongdae (http://satyamovementarts.blogspot.com/) but it appears that the price is 80,000 won per class which is a little bit out of an Eng. teacher's price range!

Does anyone have any information about this?

Thanks!

most gyms offer yoga classes.
also, look up zesty yoga. they have several branches in seoul.

i signed up for a 3 months course, 3 times a day. 210.000 krw.
they are very friendly and helpful. however, their english, at least at the mangwon studio, is limited.

The Way (http://www.seoulmartialarts.com/index.html) near Itaewon/Noksapyeong Station apparently offers yoga classes on MWF mornings, and the site says it's 95,000 won per month or 20,000 won per session.

http://www.yoga-palace.com/

Yoga Palace in Apgujeong. 25k per class, 220,000 for 10 (usable in a 90 day period) or unlimited classes for 30 days. They also have deals for more classes/longer periods of unlimited classes. I pay monthly for unlimited use, go about 15 times, and it works out to around 15k per class.

It's Bikram method hot yoga, a 90 minute class where you go through a set of 26 poses and two breathing exercises in a really hot room, guided by really excellent teachers (one of the owners is one of the top yogis in the world), and it's all in English. The facilities are nice, there are 4 or 5 classes a day at different times, they give you towels and mats, and they're basically the best people. I like it there a lot. You sweat a bunch and then feel amazing after.
