I'm coming into Yongsan Station on a late KTX that arrives at 11:50 p.m. Saturday night.
So I'm wondering if there's any way to get back to the Uijeongbu area at that time of night.
I know most things are probably shut down. But is there a late bus out of the Yongsan Station area that would put me close to Uijeongbu? |

I think you have to shell out the money for a taxi.
Depending on your bargaining ability, I'd say
probably 30,000~ 50,000 won. |

One of the Gyeonggi (G-Bus) buses seems to run there from central Seoul until well after midnight. When I've been waiting at Gwanghwamun for a late night bus towards Ilsan I've definitely seen a #1001 headed for Uijeongbu.
Other than that, the subway would still be running at that time from Yongsan towards Uijeongbu. Probably you'd be too late for a train all the way, but you'd perhaps get one that terminates somewhere like Cheongnyangni, which would at least be closer and less expensive by taxi. |

It might be a bit cheaper to stay in a love hotel instead of taking a cab. |
