Hi does anyone know what i'd be looking to pay per month for a 2 bedroom apt in Itaewon. Nice-ish, lounge/kitchen and 2 bedrooms

without key money? no idea. but you should go see arthur at eden realty. nice guy, speaks english and is honest. tell him what you want, and he'l do his best. he has a website, just google eden reality, seoul.

5,000,000 won key money and 700,000 per month give or take will get what you describe... It varies by location and the quality of the place... You can get a tired old dump for a little less and you can pay allot more for a updated, clean and modern place.

I put down one million deposit and split 1 million rent a month with my girlfriend in HBC. Not the world's nicest apartment but certainly not a dump and it's spacious. 1 large bedroom, 1 small bedroom, kitchen and seperate living room.

5 mil deposit, 1 mil rent, 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 spare bed room, a real kitchen, living room, plus we have the roof upstairs which has a storage room which in it of itself is another room.

Not sure how common this place is, but our housing manager said the place right next to ours is opening up the end of April and it has similar specs to ours.

Center of the city, clean apartment, cheap rent. Come on down.
