Hi There,
If you know of an open air marketplace anywhere it would likely be there. |

Right before Seollal, I bought my son's (12-24 month size) hanbok at HomePlus for 15,000 won. If you need to send gifts sooner than the next major Korean holiday where Hanbok are on sale at the grocery stores, I suggest you check Gmarket.
We bought a very lovely hanbok on Gmarket for my son for Chuseok 2010 for maybe 30,000 won. It came with a matching bag. My computer refuses to type in Hangeul right now, but if you go to gmarket.co.kr you can type in "agi hanbok" (use hangeul if you can) into the search engine and you will find lots of results. You can narrow your results by cost if you wish. There are lots of cute accessories on there, too.
Good luck! |
