Listen to the interview with the arresting officer and how the feds "unarrested" her prisoner, then listen to what happened to her.
I tried googling for more info, but came up with nothing. This is especially bizarre seeing as how 20/20 broadcast a segment on it (available to watch at title link).
Once again, the question is begged here, "What the hell is going on?"
