If you have any cause to go to the Yong-san gu office, be advised that it relocated last week.
It is now down line 6 at Noksapyeong station. Exit 3, come out walk a minute and you'll see a giant blue building on the left across the street. It is in there on the 2nd/3rd fl. I'm not sure which one is exactly the 1st floor or if its labeled a basement where the main entrance is.

Don't want anyone wandering down to Yong-san and staring at an empty building, and not that many views on this. The little sign that is there is only in Korean and easy to miss.
