In Itaewon obviously. If it's open to the public what are the prices like ? |

Yes it usually is but costs something like Man Won. I could be wrong with the price though. Don't go the first weekend though. |

Yeah, it's open to the public, but is MAD packed on the weekend. There's a line 50 people deep at least an hour before the doors even open. Great food and drinks along with great music, but the crowd can be a bit much sometimes.
I think they bumped up the weekend admission to 15,000 won last year, and there's talks of taking it up to 20,000 this summer. People will complain, but it will still be packed. If you're one of the people lucky enough to get a chair you'll have to shell out an additional 10,000 for that, too. |

I remember a couple of years ago when I saw some pics of some korean dudes with tattoos wearing thongs up by the pool |

When I went last year is was 20,000원 on Saturday. Looking at the board, that seemed to be the fixed price at anytime unless you were staying there. Honestly I felt like I was at a Korean playboy mansion so I didn't mind. |

Oh yeah. They're always there. Oiled up and sporting the banana hammocks from open to close. Rumor has it that some of them work in the male equivalent of juicy bars for ajummas, and others are gang related. Nice enough guys, though.

The pool is open for swimming, but I wouldn't dare dive in that thing. The amount of alcohol being consumed there is a virtual guarantee of high urine content. If you get hot, just hit the outdoor showers to cool off. |
