2010 Hi Seoul Bike Festival

The 2nd 2010 Hi Seoul Bicycle Parade will be jointly opened by Seoul Metropolitan City and Joongangilbo (Daily Joongang) one of the major newspapers in Korea on Sunday (Apr. 25). The bicycle parade is to remind the importance of environment and keep up with the green traffic. The bike course (18.5 km) will start from Gwanghwamun Plaza to City Hall, Eulji-ro, Dongdaemun History & Culture Park, Children�s Grand Park and reach Peace Plaza of Olympic Park. The total parade is expected to take an hour and a half. The Olympic Park will be ready with exhibitions and shows related to bicycle. The parade will take off at 8 a.m. For application go the website www.hiseoulbikcom (Korean language only). One must be over age 15 and the participation fee is 10,000 won.
