What: Biannual Deokjeokdo Camping Trip (May and October)

Where: Seopori Beach, Deokjeok Island

When: May 21st-23rd, 2010

Price: Free This is a DIY affair

How: 60min. ferry from Domestic Ferry Terminal in Yeonam Budu(Incheon Port), bus to beach 10min

Ferry Info: (032)887-2891~5

Abodes: There is camping on the beach or motels, I recommend camping.

Food: There are restaurants and supermarkets, again I recommend
bring your own food in a cooler and cooking on the beach.

To Do: Swimming, disk golf, camp fires, camp songs, camp sex

Notes: The ferry is usually really full this time of year so I would
reserve tickets now.

This Year:

1/ Master of the Universe "Cups" tourney.

2/ The never ending "last hole leader chooses next hole" disk golf
tourney.

3/ The Century Club. 100 shots of beer in 100 minutes.

4/ The usual campfire.

I never understood the purpose of drinking games- especially amongst adults who finished college.

If you're talking about the "century club", it's a freakin blast man.
Last year, or was it the year before last, I was too wasted to remember,
we had like 16 people in the contest. Only 2 finished and about 8
puked their brains out. Haha, frakking haywire. And the dude who
won drank some Jack right after and then he puked to. Great fun.

Or maybe I was referring to the past when I was in high school and college, since I don't think about drinking games at all these days.

You were supposed to take a drink.

(sorry, that's a particularly lame drinking game i've been forced to play before)

Up for a round of Baskin Robbins 31? Or flick the soju cap? I'm surprised you've been able to AVOID drinking games.

PSA: Car ferries also go from Daebudo (Ansan). Good if you fancy taking a motorbike to the island.

Car ferries also go from the Incheon Terminal now to. I'll send the wife
and kids on the car ferry and I'll get all drunked up with my friends on
the passenger ferry. Wink

Missed out the last couple of years, but I remember it was fun any weekend when the weather is nice. Camping is the way to go, or just drink all night and sleep under the stars on the glass strewn beaches.
