Is my medical Insurance card okay only?

I need to go to the hospital and currently immigration has my Passport and ARC card becuase they're transferring my VISA.

All I have is my insurance card and a photocopy of my arc card

If you've been to the hospital before, they should still have your other stuff on file. If not, give them the photocopy and explain the situation. I think they need it for informational purposes rather than ID so I'm guessing (and hoping) it shouldn't be a problem as they can get that from the copy.
