I want to fly from Korea to Toronto in late August - anyone have any special advice or travel agents they used to get good prices?

I see on the websites that it'll cost about 1500000 won. Is this pretty standard fare?

Round trip flights can be from 1400 - 1600 Can. See if you can get a flight for $1200 Canadian. Do you mind stop-overs? That's usually the cheaper way.
