Hey guys,
Classes have started. Get in shape for the new year and join TKD. Great It's a great workout good for both men and women.
Develops cardio, flexibility and speed. Classes begin at 9:30 and can go as late as 11:00 pm if you need some time getting to the gym.

| TKD looks nice, but if you want to end disputes quickly, study Too-Gong-Muk-Sol, if you can find a master who will take on a "waygook". |

Where are these classes you're talking about?
Cost and times appreciated, too.
I live in Geomam (Geomam-dong), so if you know of any schools that have adult classes and English-speaking instructors, could you please let me know? It will be very much appreciated! |
