Hey,
Just a quick question (This isn't for me).
Can you send your original degree to Korea to get an E2?
Or do you have to get a notorised copy and then notorised again at the Korean Embassey in Canada sent instead? |

Both choices are acceptable.
A third alternative is to get a replacement copy from your uni and use that. The original stays home, the replacement gets sent and no worry about notarizing and consular certifications.

| I dunno about Canadian universities, but for mine it was more expensive to get a copy from the school than to get it apostilled. But, it was a huge hassle getting a copy notarized and then apostilled because the notaries in my city apparently don't know what they're doing. I had to go to 3 different notaries before I could find one who could do it correctly. |

I get "new" originals (university issued replacements) for $25 each.
Just use one of those. No different than the original "original one" except perhaps the signatures on it will be the current registrar and dean rather than the ones who were there when you graduated.
Use one of your multiple "originals". |

| Yeah it only costs 30$ I think from Ottawa U to get a replacement. |
