I heard someone on here does X-box repair. This X-box was given to me and it has the RROD (Red Ring/light of Death) problem. I heard the solution is by rethreading a screw. Anyway, I don't want to mess with it myself. Please post if you can repair it or know a way to get it done.
Also, is it possible to find US games in Korea? I'm not going to bother modding it when all I want is Final Fantasy 13.

I have been able to find US games in Korea, but I use Ebay to buy them, only cost about $65-70 with shipping (nearly the same price as the States with tax)
btw, have you tried the RROD towel trick?

It usually only lasts a few days before you need to do the trick again, but at lest you have a system to play until its repaired. |
