I have a 32 inch PAVV hdtv I am using as a monitor but the display is all messed up.

I loaded the newest driver for my vid card but it didn't help.

Is there a special driver for the t.v. itself that I should download and install?

Could you be more specific than "all messed up"?

There's not a special driver for the TV, but the refresh rate may need to be changed (on the vid card) to match the TV.

But, yeah, more details would be nice.

you probably need to reduce your resolution. My 32" PDP's native resolution is only 1024X768, and anything higher than that starts looking like garbage.

I also use a 32" Samsung PAVV HDTV/LCD etc etc

It should be 1360 X 768 resolution.

If you are using NVIDIA graphics card - and you have installed the NVIDIA driver then go to your control panel and select the "NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL" option and change your resolution to 1360 X 768

Great! However, whenever you install NVIDIA updates (via Windows update) - it will revert back to bad resolution.

Just install the update then do the same thing again - go to your control panel and select the "NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL" option and change your resolution to 1360 X 768

Now if only someone would give me a solution to my problem -
