What would a small apartment for my wife and I go for (roughly)? One a key money plan; a key money plus monthly rent plan; on a straight rent plan?

Rent in this area is actually fairly low compared to other areas. What i would do if you want to check into prices is look on Craigslist. There's often some listed in this area.
