Hi, I'd like to have a foos table in my new apartment, but I'd prefer not to have it imported. Are there any places in Korea that make them or have them?

If you just want something basic it shouldn't be too difficult. However, if you're looking for a really high quality table it might be a lot harder to find in this country.

Somebody was trying to sell a really high quality (professional, I think) foosball table on this forum a while ago. I'm not sure if it's still for sale, and I'm not sure what the price is, but it might be worth contacting the OP of that post if you're looking for something like that.
